Third Writing Center Observations

I went to the writing center for my third tutoring observation. This tutor had two students with her in this session. both of these students were in the same class with the same professor but different section, there assignments were the same. One of the students had the same tutor in a previous session so the tutor geared more towards that student and left the other student just sitting around. She asked the student that she was more familiar with more questions and spent more time with her the tutor was happy because the student listened to her and she loved the essay that she had corrected. The tutor gave her more advice and fixed more of the grammar issues. which is Low- Order Concerns in "Tutoring Writing". When the tutor noticed the time she switched over the next student, and that student needed more help she was lost with the assignment, and the tutor looked at the paper fixed some grammar issues and then she ran out of time. Responding-to late in Tutoring Writing. The tutor didn't have enough time to help the student with the rest of the paper. I look forward to the next observations.
